General Conditions

The General Conditions of Contracting for European Foundries, Edition 2009, registered at the customs department's of the Commercial Court in Paris are applicable to all our offers and agreements. We explicitly reject the applicability of any general terms and conditions of our customers, which will consequently not apply to our offers and agreements with those customers.
